Why no rice

Why do I keep getting tortillas with my Chinese food every time, it says rice by default but I keep getting tortillas with my food never had a Chinese place served this way

I have tried other Chinese restaurants in Waukesha and I always come back to this place... when the place is close I have to wait for them to open up.

I have ordered from here three times now! I have not been disappointed yet. You definitely get your money worth...Their food always tastes fresh and great!! Their soups are awesome! Everything I have tried has been awesome!!The delivery people are always nice as well!! This place is the place to go when this is what you are in the mood for but don't want to dine at a restaurant....
